MANCHESTER, NH--(Marketwire - March 20, 2012) - Scribe Software has awarded its Top Data Integration Partner of 2011 award to Infinity Info Systems (North America) and AlfaPeople (EMEA) for their outstanding work implementing data integrations. The companies focus on very different customer integrations, but what they have in common is a dedication to using Scribe's integration tools to solve difficult technological challenges under real-world conditions.

Both AlfaPeople and Infinity Info Systems find that businesses around the world increasingly need to connect their CRM to ERP, leading to more demand for Scribe's software. Their innovative and reliable implementations are what keep these two companies at the top of the pack.

"We are proud to recognize AlfaPeople and Infinity for their continued focus and expertise -- qualities that we at Scribe not only prize in our partners, but that have contributed to their success at winning large enterprise deals," said Lou Antonucci, Scribe's vice president of sales.

Infinity Info Systems has the resources, technology and the proven industry expertise working with firms in the financial services, life sciences and manufacturing industries, to streamline their sales and customer service processes. This allows them to take full advantage of the features and functionality of CRM and the automated data migration and integration capabilities of Scribe. Their strong track record of more than 3,500 CRM implementations speaks to their ability to get the job done effectively on time, and on budget.

"This award is a tribute to the work that our team has done over the year and we are proud to have achieved this exceptional level of recognition from our valued partner, Scribe," said Yacov Wrocherinsky, founder and CEO, Infinity Info Systems. "At Infinity, our commitment to our customers is the driving force behind both our success and our customers' success. We partner closely with Scribe and our customers to identify their business problems and to deploy the right technology solutions to help them improve and grow their business."

Because of our partnership with Scribe, Infinity is able to further automate and streamline their clients' back-office operations for greater gains in efficiency and productivity. For example, Infinity's financial services clients have to deal with data that streams from multiple sources; key points have to be identified and extracted, and then cleansed to make sure that financial analysts aren't getting bogged down by redundancies and inconsistencies. By using Scribe's powerful and efficient integration tools, Infinity's clients are able to import this updated data into their CRM systems seamlessly.

The winner in the EMEA category, Scribe's partner AlfaPeople has developed a bit of a reputation with its clients as a miracle worker -- they were brought in to help a large multinational company integrate its CRM and SAP systems, after that company had spent a year trying to accomplish the task, despite throwing a dedicated IT team at the problem.

"One of the challenges we faced was how to integrate more than 20 countries into an application that supports critical business processes for 2,000 users," says Rasmus Hartung, vice president of AlfaPeople Europe. "That required a rock-solid solution to address enterprise requirements like multi-accounting and all the nuances that comes with that.

"Our customer was a little bit skeptic in the beginning as they had failed to make it work themselves, so we basically locked our guys in a room for two days with a Scribe installation and access to the servers. At the end of it all, they came out and were able to have the system push data back and forth between SAP and CRM.

"Their solution architects were just stunned. They said, 'If you can fix this within three days, we don't care, we're going to buy the software.' Of course, there was a lot more work to do after that, but Scribe had not just opened the door for us -- it kicked it in."

AlfaPeople is now operating in 11 countries, running nearly 50 installations of Scribe, and their business is split pretty evenly between working with CRM and the other half with AX. They prefer to work with companies that have manufacturing, wholesale/distribution and retail environments, with a high degree of complexity. While they are certainly taking advantage of the increased emphasis on web services, AlfaPeople says that they don't try to steer their customers towards any predetermined cookie-cutter solution.

Instead, they credit Scribe with helping them achieve the kind of flexibility that they need to serve their customers. That flexibility allows AlfaPeople to be creative in the sales space, during the bidding phases, and then during the technology and solution-building phases or projects, Scribe provides excellent support.

"Our company motto is 'You need to understand your customer's customers,'" Hartung says. "Your own customer doesn't care just about their suppliers, they care about their customers.

"This is where Scribe is really very good. They not only understand us, they understand what our customers need."

AlfaPeople has been a partner with Scribe since the founding of the company.
