“We try and provide good value at a reasonable price. We pride ourselves on being efficient operators that provide quality product to our customers. It is not our aim to only service the top five per cent of seniors; though we do serve them, but we also have the intention of providing care to the other 95%,” says Jamal.

In order to stay on top of relevant technological needs within their company, Retirement Concepts employs a full time corporate IT team who are “Engaged full-time in making sure we are utilizing appropriate systems, and properly executing the right technology opportunities to make our company thrive,” says Jamal.
