HIPAA-compliant platform Botco.ai lets patients book a healthcare appointment with a reliable 24-7 fully-automated, AI-powered marketing chatbot.
“Online chatbots provide the fastest and easiest way for patients to get immediate answers to their insurance questions, but many treatment centres don’t have the time or resources to put a chatbot on their website,” explained Jacob Molina, Product Manager at Botco.ai.
