Rod O’Reilly leading healthcare technology at Edifecs

Healthcare business leader Rod O’Reilly has been named Chairman of the Board at Edifecs, where he will build the next generation of healthcare

Global health information technology solutions company Edifecs has announced the appointment of Rod O’Reilly to Chairman of the board, effective immediately. 

Edifecs serves 300m people in the US healthcare market, by offering market leading technology to its payer and health system customers.

“Edifecs is a trusted partner to both payers and health systems and has a broad footprint across the U.S. healthcare industry,” said O’Reilly. “This allows us to innovate at scale and enable our customers' strategic initiatives that will impact when and where care is delivered, how care is funded and ultimately improve access to care and affordability for all.”

Rod O’Reilly earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with a joint major in Economics and Finance from Simon Fraser University. He later earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of British Columbia.

O’Reilly is currently the non-executive Chairman of the board for medical documentation and data solution company Augmedix and on the board of directors for healthcare research firm KLAS Research.
